  • They then tried to get on a second bus, but the driver had already done so

A man and a woman were charged with allegedly having sex in the back seat of a bus, the latter being a handkerchief in public transport.

It was bright last Friday when the 23-year-old from Windale and his 31-year-old partner got on the bus in Charlestown, about two hours' drive from Sydney.

However, a standard trip from point A to point B escalated quickly after 9:50 a.m. when the police claimed the couple were "sexually active".

The disgusted driver ordered them to stop what they were doing and get off the bus in Warners Bay.

The couple hadn't traveled far when they were kicked out of the bus for alleged sex

Police said the couple reportedly ended the rage, but the man was accused of spitting on the driver on the way out.

Their adventure wasn't over yet and the two tried to get on a second local bus.

They were refused entry because the driver had heard of their alleged raging.

The police claimed that the couple then became aggressive.

The man is accused of standing in front of the bus and "trying to remove the wipers".

The man was charged with affront, collective attack, intimidation, abusive behavior, and malicious harm. He was refused bail.
