TOWIE has received 176 Ofcom complaints after viewers said they were "uncomfortable" with the Sunday episode.
During the show, Olivia Attwood, 29, Nicole Bass, 28 and Clelia Theodorou, 25, were accused of bullying 19-year-old Chloe Brockett.
The women started arguing when the group got in line between Chloe and Ella-Rae Wise after sleeping with their former BFF's ex, Jack McDermott.

While the episode aired, many viewers took to Twitter to express concern about the trio's treatment of much younger cast colleague Chloe B.
And now 176 people have filed a complaint against the popular reality TV show since Sunday.
An Ofcom spokesman told MailOnline: "We are investigating these complaints against our broadcasting rules but have yet to decide whether or not to conduct an investigation."
While a TOWIE spokesperson said, “Only Way Is Essex follows the real life of our cast and as such we see their celebrations, makeup, breakups and differences of opinion.

During the series, insults were thrown from both Chloe and mostly Olivia as Yazmin Oukhellou looked awkwardly on the sidelines.

Earlier this week, Chloe responded to bullying allegations on Twitter after fans raised their concerns.
