There are thousands of glowing reviews online for the vitamins, many of which have described them as a "miracle" product
The 19-year-old combined taking the tablets twice a day with a change in her diet and exercise routine:
"I would make sure I drink two or three liters of water a day, exercise three or four times a week, and sleep eight hours a night," she said.
Siriwan also focused on eating a healthy diet with lots of whole foods like leafy greens like spinach and lean protein in the form of tofu and chicken.
She supplements her diet with triple omega-3 fish oil supplements and makes sure to eat the rainbow so that every plate is colorful and filled with fruits, vegetables, complex carbohydrates, healthy fat, and protein.
"I strongly recommend that people also focus on their diet and how much exercise they are getting," Siriwan said.
"Even exercising or walking just twice a week can help."
