The Real Full Monty On Ice is recruiting Jenni Murray, Chris Hughes and Linda Lusardi


ITV unveiled the celebrity line-up for The Real Full Monty On Ice, including former Woman & # 39; s Hour host Dame Jenni Murray.

The seasonal special sees a series of stars sloughing off and heading to the ice rink to perform a routine to help raise awareness of cancers that affect intimate areas of the body.

Dame Jenni [70] includes former model Linda Lusardi [62], soap star Jamie Lomas [45] and Love Island candidate Chris Hughes [27].

Former rugby player Gareth Thomas [46] will also take on the challenge alongside diversity dancer Perri Kiely [24], actress Hayley Tamaddon [43], Shaughna Phillips [25] from Love Island and Zoe Williams [40] from This Morning .

The show is presented by Ashley Banjo, judge at Dancing On Ice, who also participated in The Real Full Monty two years ago.

Coleen Nolan will co-host after participating in the female version in the past. Pro dancers will also join the rink to skate during the routines.

The program will be broadcast over two 90-minute specials during the Christmas season.

Each of the participants have a personal relationship with cancer, with coronavirus survivor Linda having her own fear in 2016.

Four years ago, Linda was told that she had a 9.5 cm tumor on the wall of her womb after an MRI scan.

It comes after Linda revealed how she was coping with the effects of the coronavirus and said that her hair started falling out.

The star also revealed that her husband Sam, 51, who was hospitalized with the virus at the same time as she, suffered from palpitations.
