However, she declined this option immediately after connecting to the growing unborn child after losing her unborn twin before the 12-week scan.

She had son Beau 11 weeks early. Leanne and her husband Jamie are also parents of the daughter India-Lily.

Jamie posted on Twitter After his wife's death on Friday, saying "words cannot describe his heartache".

He wrote: “Heartbroken, I have to announce that my beautiful wife Leanne Barrett unfortunately passed away in the early morning with her family around her.

& # 39; Words cannot describe. REST IN PEACE. I always love you, Jamie, India-Lily and Beau. & # 39;

Jamie's club, Gresley FC, also paid tribute to Leanne with a statement on his official site.

The club said with a very heavy heart the sad news that Jamie Barrett's wife Leanne passed away this morning (Friday) after her amazingly brave fight against lung cancer.

& # 39; Because of its great service to our Gresley Rovers / FC club over the years, the club has become part of Jamie's extended family. That is why we send our love and condolences to Jamie and his whole family.

"We are all here when necessary."

Doctors said this was probably a symptom of an autoimmune disease called sarcoid and sent her to a series of CT scans and x-rays that showed Leanne had a mass of enlarged breast lymph nodes that were later found to be benign.

But in July 2017, Leanne started complaining of chest pain and difficulty breathing, and doctors found the five centimeters in her lungs.

After visiting a specialized lung doctor, Leanne was diagnosed with fourth stage lung cancer.

After the birth of her son, Leanne's cancer developed and quickly spread to the liver, bones and brain.

Her husband Jamie has set up a donation page to raise awareness of her case and fund the money for her treatment.

The family was overwhelmed when Wellwishers raised over £ 30,000 in just two days.
