A DPD driver has been called the 'happiest delivery man' in the UK after he was caught singing and dancing in front of the camera while dropping off a Christmas parcel.
The doorbell camera footage shows Arnaud Helderal using the package as a drum as he makes his way to the front door in Bexleyheath, London.
He sang & # 39; Sunday morning, Christmas time & # 39; to himself as he danced up the driveway to deliver the package.
The footage from the doorbell camera shows the DPD delivery driver Arnaud Helderal booming on the package and singing to himself "Sunday morning, Christmas time" in Bexleyheath, London
Little did the driver know that his impromptu concert, at which he also sang "What a beautiful Sunday morning", was recorded as he approached the house.
Even before he goes through the gate, you can hear the driver slapping the package and singing his own lyrics.
After the doorbell rings, the driver identified by DPD as Arnaud continues to sing and dance until someone opens the door.
Gemma McPherson expected two sneakers to be delivered when her day was embellished with the festive courier.
She published the driver's clip, which is based in the DPD Thames depot, on December 8th on a local Facebook group and now has 3.2,000 views.
She wrote: & # 39; Our DPD delivery driver today. So happy and festive … makes you smile! & # 39;
Ms. McPherson added that she saw him days later and "told him he went viral".
She added: "I also mentioned that I called DPD and nominated him for an award and he was so overwhelmed and said you all".
After ringing the doorbell, he continues to sing and dance before safely delivering the package. The Bexleyheath Community is demanding that he be named Employee of the Month.
But she wasn't the only one to notice his vacation spirit, and other locals said they heard him sing during the delivery too.
One said, “I saw him the same day. He sang carols on my street and said "Merry Christmas" to everyone who passed by. It was so cute & # 39;
Another added, "Such a happy guy, he delivered to me yesterday and sang away, bless him."
Now the Bexleyheath community is calling on DPD to make the funny worker "Employee of the Month".
While another added: 'He should be Employee of the Month. He has to be the happiest delivery man in Britain!
“He really looks like he enjoys his job. That's nice. I wish there were more people like him in the world. & # 39;
