Terrible scenes show the moment an attacker fires a gasoline bomb at a van parked in front of a family home.
The CCTV footage shows the person approaching it Property in West Bromwich, West Midlands, before throwing the explosives onto a Mercedes Sprinter that was parked just a few inches from the front door.
The incident, which occurred in the early morning hours of May 9, left a feeling of shock in the residential street and left the neighbors "on the sidelines".

A neighbor who has lived on the street for 13 years told Black Country Live that the attack looked like it had been orchestrated.
She said, "It looks like it is a planned attack. A car drove past twice before it happened and examined the area for its appearance.
It dropped a boy further down the street, and when the car drove off, he walked up to him and went straight to the house.
"I didn't see or hear anything, but my partner said he heard a loud bang."
The neighbor added: “All of the neighbors were on the road talking and exchanging numbers since it happened.

The perpetrator leaves the scene after starting his attack and the police are now investigating the CCTV material
"We are worried that it will happen again, everyone is nervous.
"I was up until 3:30 am and looked out the window – once you did, you could do it again.
"I am not sure whether they have the wrong house or something, because the people who live there would not harm anyone. They are just a working class family who keep to themselves.
"I've lived here for 13 years and nothing like this has ever happened. It's a quiet street."
After the attack, the fire started to burn out and the remaining flames were extinguished by a man storming out of his property with a pot of water
A West Midland Police spokeswoman told MailOnline: "The police are investigating after a Mercedes Sprinter van was damaged in a gasoline bomb attack in the early morning of Thursday (May 9).
"Nothing was stolen in the attack, but the police are investigating the video surveillance and asking everyone with information to contact them live between 8:00 am and midnight at west-midlands.police.uk or to call 101. Quote the crime reference 20SW / 109976D / 19. "
