Rita Ora was accused of breaking lockdown rules after she reportedly threw a party on Saturday to celebrate her 30th birthday.
The 30-year-old singer is said to have invited 30 friends to a restaurant in Notting Hill, West London, to celebrate “until the early hours” at the party.
The government reiterated the importance of complying with restrictions on Sunday before the UK's second national lockdown ends on December 2nd.

The restaurant's director, Nicholas Fallows, told The Sun that he was not aware of any plans for an event and that the restaurant was "owned by shareholders."

Current government guidelines state that people should "minimize time away from home" and avoid meeting others they do not live with.
People should also avoid physical contact; to be near and face to face; and scream or sing around others who don't share a home with you or are not in the same support bubble.
The guidelines, introduced with the national lockdown on November 5th, also state that people “are not allowed to socialize with family or friends indoors unless they are part of your household, the people you live with , or your support bubble ”.

The restaurants are also currently closed, with the exception of take-away meals. Violations of these guidelines may result in a fine.
The rules are set to change on December 2nd, with many restrictions depending on what tier the location is on.
In London restaurants and cafes can be open from Wednesday. Pubs and bars can also be opened, but only if they are operated as table-service restaurants.
All eateries can only serve alcohol with large meals and must stop at 10 p.m. and close orders by 11 p.m., according to government figures.
