Naturists flocked to the Paris film library wearing face masks today to attend an exhibition celebrating a well-known French comedian.

The group was photographed frolicking in a special ticket event in the halls of the Cinémathèque Française in the French capital on Sunday.

Members of the French group l & # 39; Association des Naturistes de Paris viewed an exhibition dedicated to the actor and comedian Louis de Funès, who appeared in more than 230 roles on film and stage.

De Funès – widely referred to as France's favorite actor – played Gendarme Ludovic Cruchot in the French comedy film The Troops of St Tropez in 1964.

In the film, Cruchot, who recently arrived in St. Tropez to fulfill his duties, tries to stop a group of naked swimmers who continue to evade capture. Eventually, the tight officer is able to arrest the stubborn bunch.

Nudists visiting today's exhibit posed next to a statue of Cruchot from the movie while others were photographed inspecting exhibits and skipping corridors.
