TOWIE star Lauren Goodger was beaten up by social media users after she announced she would turn it down the Covid vaccine, claiming the virus was "like a cold".
The reality star, 34, said she wouldn't take the breakthrough vaccine, despite scientists saying vaccinated people are the best hope to end the lockdown and beat Covid. She also claimed she didn't believe in face masks.
It comes just a day after Prime Minister Boris Johnson put the country into a third lockdown in a desperate attempt to control the new mutant coronavirus.
Following Lauren's comments, social media users slammed the reality star, who was open about her filler and botox use, for the claim.
One user wrote: "Doesn't like taking medication but she's happy to fill her face with botox and fillers?!?"

Clarifying her reason for rejecting the medically approved vaccine, Lauren previously said, “I'm more afraid of the vaccine than the virus. I will imagine that I am dying. I'm afraid. I don't take medicine. I don't take antibiotics. & # 39;
Lauren, who was open about her filler and botox use, admitted, "OK, I do aesthetics and I'm still nervous now – I generally am," reports the Daily Star.
“Even with a facial, I want to know what's inside. This has been my concern over the years. & # 39;
Lauren added: “I just feel like it doesn't exist long enough and we don't know enough about it.
“I think I had Covid and if I got sick I would treat it the way I would treat it. I didn't die from it. It's like a cold. I wouldn't get a flu shot either.
“I don't want to inject anything I don't know about the long-term effects.
"I've heard all the different things that are in it and I think I already had and dealt with Covid."
Social media users popped the reality star for the comments and brought attention to her use of botox and fillers
Insisting that she believed everyone should do what they saw fit, Lauren said, “I'm not going to say you shouldn't have it. Every man for himself. Good luck. However, that is my personal opinion.
“At the end of the day, I won't talk about it because I know what I know. You can catch a cold, you can catch anything. & # 39;
The personality of reality then discussed their opinion on masks put in place to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Face masks are mandatory in indoor public spaces, including shops and during transportation, unless otherwise exempted for medical reasons.
She said, “I don't believe in masks – I won't get into the subject.
“If I have a mask on and go, I can't wear one if I panic.

Lauren flew to Corfu late last year, just before London and the South East got into Tier 4 restrictions, to promote her tan brand.
