Kanye West has applied for the presidential election in Arkansas and listed Michelle Tidball, a Wyoming-based life coach, as his vice president.
It comes after advertisers and volunteers tried to collect petition signatures for the Ohio presidential election this weekend – an important swing state that could decide who sits in the Oval Office after November.
It also follows a tumultuous month that included a bizarre first rally in South Carolina, a series of tweets that touched everything from abortion to fraud allegations made against his wife Kim Kardashian and concerns about the rapper's mental health.
On Monday, a spokesman for the Arkansas Secretary of State told TMZ that Kanye's campaign had submitted the 1,000 signatures required to qualify for the November election.
Kanye West's (pictured) presidential campaign was submitted on Monday for appearing in Arkansas’s presidential election in November
The forms were reportedly submitted just 15 minutes before midday in Arkansas.
Unlike his submissions in New Jersey, Illinois and Oklahoma, he listed Michelle Tidball as his vice president.
43-year-old Kanye first named Tidball his potential vice president on July 4 when he publicly announced that he was running for office on Twitter.
He has already listed her as his vice president when he presented it in Missouri.
The 57-year-old Tidball described herself as a "biblical life coach" and had previously mentioned at one of her conference calls that she saw no "news".
She hails from Cody, Wyoming – the same town where Kanye owns a $ 14 million ranch – but has scrubbed her website clean in the past few days.
However, internet archives provide an insight into the thoughts of the elusive "Biblical Life Coach", who reportedly ran the Yarash.org website.
The page was under construction, but TMZ accessed an archived page with a biography of Tidball.
Tidball was reportedly visited by God when she was only six months old and nearing death.
In the Arkansas form, he listed Michelle Tidball (pictured), a Wyoming life coach, as his vice president
"In a hospital tent, God visited me for the first time and spoke about life and fate that I can still remember today," says the biography.
Tidball's religious beliefs only grew stronger when she said: “When I grew up in the church, I loved God, I met him, but I wanted to know more. When I was seventeen I had an encounter in the heavenly realm and made the decision to serve him every day of my life.
The biography goes on to say that Tidball has "different degrees of mental health and criminal justice".
TMZ confirmed that she received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2003, but her additional academic qualifications are unclear.
It's unclear how the potential running companions got to know each other, but Tidball told DailyMail.com that the rapper was fine after sharing a series of shocking tweets two weeks ago.
Now Arkansas election officials will go through the process of verifying the signatures as legitimate. Illinois and New Jersey have raised allegations of fraudulent signatures for Kanye's ballots.
Though Kanye's campaign secured Arkansas, they failed nearby Kansas.
A spokesman for the Kansas Secretary of State's office said they needed 5,000 signatures by noon – but nothing was submitted.
Election rules in Kansas are strict and Kanye will no longer be able to vote. He will only get votes in Kansas if the residents enroll him.
Over the weekend, Kanye's campaign focused much of her energy on the state of Buckeye.
To register for the Ohio poll, Kanye must collect 5,000 valid signatures this Wednesday by 5:00 p.m.
TMZ reports that around 90 people are currently looking for signatures in Ohio.
Kanye has reportedly commissioned Let the Voters Decide to collect the necessary signatures in Ohio, West Virginia and Arkansas.
Securing the Ohio election would be a monumental victory for Kanye as the swing state has remained a constant indicator of who will become president of the United States.
President Trump won Ohio for the 2016 election with less than 5,000 votes.

Ohio has 16 votes that make it seventh in the United States.
Kanye made some progress last month after paying $ 35,000 to qualify for the Oklahoma presidential election.
He was able to do so after officially completing Form 2: Candidate Declaration and showed that he had collected or spent more than $ 5,000 on campaign activities.
Kanye also completed the first FEC form required to become a presidential candidate, the organization's statement, and is reported to be running under the "birthday party".
The State Election Board in Oklahoma received a notarized document from Kanye's campaign on July 15, declaring his candidacy as an independent president.
Oklahoma with almost 4 million inhabitants, which corresponds to seven votes from the electoral college, is very republican and was 65.3 percent for Donald Trump in 2016.
West submitted a document on Wednesday to run for an independent candidate in deep red Oklahoma who has 7 votes for the electoral college. At the top of the paperwork, he wrote & # 39; DONDA & # 39; s PLACE & # 39; as a tribute to his mother
Less than 29 percent voted for Hillary Clinton and almost 6 percent for Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson.
His campaign has already submitted the necessary petitions to appear on Illinois, Missouri and New Jersey's ballot, but an invalid signature issue could affect plans.
In Illinois, the intelligence officer reports that Kanye's campaign has barely amassed the 2,500 signatures it took after desperate volunteers advertised in a supermarket parking lot next to the electoral building in just a few hours.
However, the validity of these signatures was quickly questioned and three separate objections to their legitimacy were raised.
One denier, Sean Tenner, claimed to find only 1,000 valid signatures among the approximately 3,200 signatures submitted.
Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian-West had a turbulent month that culminated in a “crisis talk” in Cody, Wyoming
Alvin Boutte, CEO of the Bronzeville Academy Charter School in Chicago, told the Chicago Sun Times that most of the signatures on Kanye's ballot paper do not match the signatures on the state's electoral roll.
Boutte also claimed that the addresses listed on Kanye's forms also did not match government records. The opposition was filed by Pericles Abbasi on behalf of Boutte
"We have already seen what happens when people with intellectual disabilities are in office," said Boutte, referring to President Trump.
"So I thought it was important to challenge someone who most of us currently see as mentally incapable."
Kanye West was open about his struggles with bipolar disorder. Last week, Kim wrote a letter on Instagram that looked at her husband's mental health.
"Those who understand mental illness or even compulsive behavior know that the family is powerless unless the member is a minor," she said.
“I understand that Kanye is criticized because he is a public figure and his actions can sometimes generate strong opinions and emotions. He is a brilliant but complicated person who, in addition to the pressure to be an artist and black man, has experienced the painful loss of his mother and has to deal with the pressure and isolation that are exacerbated by his bipolar disorder.
"Those close to Kanye know his heart and sometimes don't understand his words with his intentions."

In New Jersey, he was faced with similar accusations of forged signatures by election lawyer Scott Salmon.
Salmon described the signatures submitted by the rapper campaign as the "most outrageous" case of fraud he encountered, and they were "almost to some extent insulting".
Kanye had received 1,237 Garden State signatures, but Salmon found that around 700 of them were questionable. He needed 800 to vote.
In addition, Kanye did not comply with the New Jersey law and did not publish the names of the advertisers involved.
And, according to Salmon, half of Kanye's nominees in New Jersey were not eligible to vote.
One voter on the list was Victory Boyd, an R&B singer with close ties to Kanye, whose father John Boyd acted as the rapper's "spiritual advisor" to the South Carolina Presidential Assembly.
"These people are not" qualified voters "who can properly sign Mr. West's petition and their records are fatally inaccurate," Salmon wrote in a letter against the petition, the New Jersey Globe reports.
"It's up to me to prove that Kanye's petition is flawed. I'm not going to tweet all of my legal arguments right now, but the essence of the story is that we will have an on-screen part of the petition alongside the nationwide voter registration system.
The case will be heard on Tuesday this week.
“If everything fits, great. I don't want people's signatures to be returned if they are legitimate, "Salmon wrote." If things are not right, the judge will call to ask if the voter should be excluded. "
Missouri presidential candidates must submit 10,000 signatures. A spokesman for the state told People that electoral officials began checking signatures last week.
West's FEC filing shows that the funds for his campaign will go through the First Bank of Wyoming – a not surprising move since the Chicago-born artist who lives in California with his wife Kim Kardashian West, icon of pop culture, and their four children lives, has expressed his desire to move there.
He first announced his formal intention to run a tweet for the President of the United States on July 4.
“We must now deliver on America's promise by trusting God, uniting our vision and shaping our future. I'm running for the President of the United States! # 2020VISION & # 39; West wrote.
West announced on July 4 that he was running for president in November, but had not completed or submitted any FEC documents until Wednesday
Kanye has mentioned his interest in the presidency in recent years, but this latest statement has been taken up with action this time.
Just two days ago, Kanye broke his silence on Twitter to insist that his presidential abortion tears were not a breakdown, and expressed "concern for the world that you shouldn't cry about."
He added a backlash to his comments, which was an attempt to "distract, discredit, destroy, destroy".
Kanye wrote: "I cried at the thought of dropping off my firstborn, and everyone was so worried about me. I'm worried about the world that says you shouldn't cry on this. "
In a second tweet, Kanye added: There is a 4D tactic: distract, discredit, reject to destroy.
Contested rapper Kanye West broke his silence on Twitter with two messages on Thursday
"I'm fine. Take a second and think about what's projected here."
In a tweet he appeared and put the & # 39; four D & # 39; and asked his followers to take a second to think about what is being projected here
In another tweet on Friday, Kanye shared an article that seemed to further reduce planned parenting after criticizing the organization in recent weeks
In his third tweet, he shared an article in the New York Post about planned parenthood in the New York area that removed Margaret Sanger's name from a clinic in Lower Manhattan.
Sanger, who founded organizations that have grown into Planned Parenthood, will have their name removed because of their connection to eugenics.
A fourth tweet read: "Over 22,500,000 black babies have been broken off in the past 50 years."
Last week Kanye and Kim were seen having an emotional conversation after his wife flew to Cody, Wyoming for crisis talks.
It is the first time since the North Charleston, South Carolina campaign rally that the couple have been pictured together, where they officially launched their unlikely presidency offer.
The couple – the children north share seven; Saint, four; Chicago, two; and Psalm, one – had seen him hold crisis calls in his car after leaving a Wendy's fast food restaurant near his $ 14 million ranch.
However, Kanye apologized to his wife in a tweet last week. According to reports, he went to the hospital for treatment for anxiety.
The rapper tweeted: “I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter. I didn't cover her the way she covered me. To (sic) Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me. & # 39;
Before his collapse on Twitter, Kanye raised concerns during a sprawling and messy speech at his first presidential meeting at the North Charleston Exquis Event Center in South Carolina.
He shockingly revealed that he and his wife Kim had considered aborting their daughter North, who is now seven years old, before receiving a "message from God".
His unwritten speech, which was delivered two weeks after his unlikely presidential application was announced, is said to have angered and alarmed his wife and family.
