A three-year-old girl who died After being knocked down by a car outside her Warwickshire home, her family called her Briya Kaur Gill.
Briya suffered serious head injuries when a black Skoda Citigo hit her at 5:45 p.m. on July 17 at Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
A 32-year-old woman from Leamington was arrested by the Warwickshire police on suspicion of serious injury from driving. However, she was released until further investigation was initiated.
Tonight, the police released a statement from Briya's destroyed family.

The statement states: “To all of our family members, friends and well-wishers in the near and far. Thank you for your kind words and your sympathy.
“We really appreciate the outpouring of love. Please respect our privacy for now and give us time to mourn. Our world has lost its color and our life will never be the same.
"Thank you to everyone at Birmingham City Children's Hospital. The care and overwhelming support they provide is non-refundable and we cannot thank you.

Briya was met near her home on Brunswick Street (pictured) at the Leamington Spa in Warwickshire on Friday evening at 5.45 p.m.
"Briya has touched the hearts of every person she has met and has lived a lifetime of three years."
Broken-hearted family members hugged and cried as they gathered at the site of the tragedy on Sunday.
Briya's father said, “She only died yesterday. We cannot believe it. We are heartbroken, but the police are doing everything to help.
"It is the most terrible time for us."
The girl's uncle added: “It happened here in front of the family home. It is too raw. It is devastating for the whole family. & # 39;
The family was described as "very nice" by a local shopkeeper, with the girl's death a "shock to the community".
The shopkeeper announced that her father had come into his shop just ten minutes before the tragic incident.
Warwickshire police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to report as part of the ongoing investigation into the tragedy.
They would also like to speak to the owner of a Mazda who is believed to be silver or blue and who drove behind the black Skoda before colliding with the girl. The Mazda driver quickly raced away after seeing the incident.

The armed forces are also asking anyone with video surveillance or dash cam footage to provide this as evidence.
Warwickshire Police superintendent Emma Bastone said, “Our thoughts remain with the little girl's family after this terrible incident.
"We have launched a thorough investigation into how the collision occurred and we want to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the child or car in the moments before the collision."
