English youngsters Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood could face disciplinary action following footage of the couple allegedly bringing girls back to the team hotel in Iceland.
The pair made their international debut in Saturday's win against Iceland – but those successes have now been overshadowed.
Players have been given strict guidelines to ensure the safety of Covid – and the images released by the Icelandic outlet DV appear to show that Foden and Greenwood disregard these protocols.

ISLANDS COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood broke Iceland's Covid-19 restrictions after inviting girls to their quarantine hotel in Iceland.
After a surge in local transmissions, the government recently closed the borders and put more restrictions in place.
Although the English team is exempt, foreign travelers entering the country must be quarantined for 14 days before they can move freely around the country.
The couple's conduct allegedly bringing back girls has also likely violated the FA's Code of Conduct for International Service Players.
In the short clip, Foden and Greenwood appear to be wearing their new England training attire, and the players are now likely in hot water with management.
Foden has a two-year-old son and a long-time girlfriend, while United star Greenwood split from his model girlfriend in May.
Manchester City midfielder Foden started for Gareth Southgate's side against Iceland on Saturday night and made his international debut as a senior, while Greenwood came off the bench to receive the same award.
While the pair would have been looking forward to England's next game against Denmark in Copenhagen on Tuesday evening, they will now leave Iceland under a dark cloud.
Both were not in English training on Monday and it is still unclear whether they will be punished by the football association.
English boss Gareth Southgate will be in front of the media for a press conference on Monday afternoon where he will likely ask questions about Foden and Greenwood's behavior.

In an interview with DV, one of the girls in the Snapchat video allegedly shot in the hotel room said, "We had no idea about these (Covid-19) rules, they never said we couldn't take photos."
Another girl claimed to have informed the English stars that the pictures were circulating with a Snapchat message, but "they did not open them".
She also claimed "to have been in a relationship with one of the boys for a few days," remarking, "The only thing I can say is that I spoke to one of them for a few days. I won't say where . & # 39;
