August – Miss Symonds moves into Castle Bungalow in Llanmartin, an estate owned by Peter Morgan and his estranged wife, Helen.
November 9th – Morgan installs a bug in the bungalow.
15th of November – Peter Deem, Miss Symonds' partner, goes missing after fighting with her on text messages.
November 17th – Mr Deem's body has been found. He took his own life by hanging up.
21st November – Miss Symonds threatens to blackmail Morgan with intimate photos and videos.
11th December – Miss Symonds meets Mr. Deem's best friend, Thomas Ballinger, behind her. They start an affair.
10. January – Miss Symonds and Mr. Ballinger discuss plans to blackmail Morgan, who overhears Morgan.
3.19 am – Morgan creates a list on his iPhone that says "String, 02, Poly, Glove, Snip, Grip, Tape, Special K, Starter, Rags, Adapter".
10:56 a.m. – CCTV cameras at Beech Hill Farm, Morgan's marriage home, show him collecting a metal rod and rope from a workshop.
9.47 am – Miss Symonds speaks with best friend Alexy Butcher for three minutes. Morgan arrives at the bungalow during the conversation.
11:38 am – Morgan calls Miss Symond's mom, Deborah, raising concerns about her drug use. He's already strangled Miss Symonds.
11:57 a.m. – CCTV cameras show Morgan arriving at Beech Hill Farm with his Porsche Cayenne and parking near the workshop.
12:01 p.m. – Morgan takes Miss Symond's corpse – wrapped in polyethylene and adhesive tape – out of the Porsche and carries it to the workshop with a black bag with her belongings.
12.09 p.m. – Morgan leaves the farm.
3:15 p.m. – Miss Symonds won't pick up her daughter from school and her mother is alerted.
5:30 p.m. – Miss Butcher goes to the bungalow to look for Miss Symonds and meets Morgan there.
8:14 p.m. – Miss Butcher reports Miss Symonds as missing to the Gwent Police.
12 noon – Morgan escorts the police to Maindee Police Station.
4.45 am – Morgan says to two detectives, “I can't take it, I have to tell you. I strangled her this morning. I took her body to Beech Hill Farm. She's there in the building. I loved her so much. & # 39;
4.47 am – Morgan arrested on suspicion of murder. He tells the detectives that Miss Symond's body is locked in an outhouse and hands over a bunch of keys.
6 a.m. – Police officers visit Beech Hill Farm and discover Miss Symond's body and bag of belongings.
3:77 p.m. – Morgan is charged with the murder of Miss Symonds.
January 27th – The pathologist Dr. Richard Jones conducts an autopsy on Miss Symonds and concludes that she was strangled.
November 28th – Morgan will be tried in Newport Crown Court, charged with the murder of Miss Symonds.
21st December – The jury finds Morgan guilty of the murder.
