The new addition, who was born just before his 90th birthday in October, is his fourth child after his three daughters.
His eldest, Deborah, 65, was born to his first wife Ivy Bamford before welcoming socialists Tamara (35) and Petra (31) with his second wife Slavica Radic.
"Yes, it's due in summer," said Ecclestone to Blick. "Hopefully he'll learn to play backgammon soon!"

The former Formula 1 mogul married marketing director Fabiana in 2012 – three years after he divorced Croatian model Ms. Radic.
The expectant parents met through the World Motor Sport Council, where she regularly attended meetings.
They knew each other professionally for a few years before a mutual friend invited Fabiana to a cruise through Croatia with Bernie and others in 2009.

Fabian recently told the Daily Mail: "Like all parents, we have only one wish: the child must be born healthy. "Hopefully he will never express the intention to do anything with Formula One."
Bernie added: "After my Formula 1 time, we had a lot of time to practice!"
He continued talking about the current coronavirus pandemic and said that he "only wants everything to be fine with Fabiana" if the isolation takes longer.
"Fortunately, the farm never runs out of work," he added. "Fabiana also takes care of her own coffee plantation."
"I am very happy for my wife. She has been looking forward to it for a few years now and I am happy that she will have someone after I leave. It is fun, I have grandchildren and I am looking forward to another baby."
When asked about his fears that Fabiana might be pregnant in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, Bernie told MailOnline in April: "You hope it won't happen, but these things will happen, so you just have to cope. What can You do anything else? "
“One has to hope that the people who take care of everything have not caught anything themselves.
Mr. Ecclestone and his wife spent the beginning of the closure on his farm near Sao Paul, Brazil, and have since traveled to Switzerland.
Bernie – called "F1 Supremo" – is a former managing director of the Formula 1 group that manages Formula 1 and partially owns Delta Topco.
He took part in two Grand Prix races as a driver in 1958, but ultimately could not qualify for either.
The former F1 boss later became the manager of drivers Stuart Lewis-Evans and Jochen Rindt before buying the Brabham team in 1972, which he led for 15 years.
Bernie's daughter Petra announced last month that she gave birth to her first child with her fiancé Sam Palmer (37).
She is already the mother of seven-year-old daughter Lavinia and five-year-old twin sons James and Andrew with ex-husband James Stunt, whom she divorced in 2017.
Tamara, who is married to 38-year-old art mogul Jay Rutland and with whom she has a six-year-old daughter named Sophia, said she was "absolutely thrilled" by her father.
