A heartbroken teenage boy had an affair with a married teacher more than twice his age so he could get his ex-girlfriend's attention back, a court heard today.
The 15-year-old student says he had three sexual encounters with 35-year-old Kandice Barber, who allegedly sent him a text message saying, "He had a bigger penis than her husband."
Prosecutors told a jury how Barber suggested she might be pregnant with the boy's child, which kept him calm about the matter because he did not want his child to be born in prison.
Barber had later suggested that she would accuse the applicant of raping her if he told the headmaster at the school she worked at and he was studying the affair.
Kandice Barber arrives at Aylesbury Crown Court in Buckinghamshire where she is accused of engaging in illegal sexual activities with a 15 year old boy
The teacher, pictured on her wedding day, implied that she would accuse the applicant of raping her if he told the headmaster at the school where she worked and studied about the affair, it was alleged
The court heard evidence from a close friend of the student's victim who said he saw messages from the teacher.
"At first I didn't believe it at all, then I started watching the videos and the news and it was all like, 'Yeah, it's probably true," "said the witness.
"The news said that he (the applicant) had a bigger penis than her husband."
Nadia Chbat, Barber's attorney, alleged the complainant fabricated a police interview to start a conversation with his ex-girlfriend in January 2018, whom he broke up with after years of dating in October 2018, but said he was still the person which he trusted most.

Ms. Chbat said of the boy who appeared on a video link at Aylesbury Crown Court, "If mother called you sobbing and devastated in early October 2018, would that be wrong?"
The court heard how the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, showed his ex-girlfriend a topless picture of Barber as "evidence" while the two talked about their teacher on Facetime and the ex- The applicant's girlfriend advised him to go to the police.
In a text transcript read to the court, the boy's ex-girlfriend had said to him: “If she approaches our friend, you have to tell me. No kidding, she's a paedo. By the way, people are now starting to find out about you and Ms. Barber.
“Why didn't you tell me about it? I shouldn't be talking to you, but you came to me for advice and that's a big deal so obviously I care. & # 39;
After discussing the rumors of the Princes Risborough School affair in Buckinghamshire with his headmaster, the applicant informed his ex-girlfriend that he had conducted a "police interview".
Ms. Chbat interrogated the boy and asked, “You give the impression that you spoke to the police, but that was not true, you did not speak to the police.
"Can you help us, why are you misleading your ex-girlfriend in late January?"
The boy replied, “I didn't want her to know about the whole situation anyway. If I hadn't followed her advice, she would of course have been annoyed with me. & # 39;
Prosecutors told a jury how Barber (above) suggested she might be pregnant with the boy's child, which kept him calm about the matter as he didn't want his child to be born in prison
Ms. Chbat said, “She would have stopped talking to you, wouldn't she? So you did it to get their attention right? She was certainly worried about you.
"That was a problem for you back then, in January 2019 people didn't believe the rumors. Because she didn't believe you, you had to show her a picture of Mrs. Barber.
“Was it the same for your other friends, who didn't believe you until you showed them a picture of Mrs. Barber?
It was alleged that the boy hacked into his teacher's Snapchat account and shared photos of Barber
“I suggest you started obsessing over Mrs. Barber, and you told your friends that you and she had private calls on Snapchat. You told your friends that you sent the teacher a message and they didn't believe you, right?
"I suggest that you, frustrated that people didn't believe you, hacked into Ms. Barber's Barchat account and got a photo of her. Then I suggest that you circulated that photo so that people will believe you and Mrs. Barber. "
The boy denied Ms. Chbat's claims and his evidence was formally finalized. Thereafter, other children in the school should be called as living witnesses on the third day of the trial.
Barber, now 35, of London Road in Wendover, Bucks., Has denied three cases of inducing or inciting sexual acts in a child under the age of 16, one case of sexual communication with a child, one case of a Child to engage in sexual activity in a trust and induce a child to observe a sexual act by a person in a trust.
Mr. Milne explained the position of the trust defendant on day one of the trial: “In this jurisdiction, England and Wales, teachers are not allowed to have sexual relations with students and this has nothing to do with the age of consent. It's because they're in a position of trust, be it male or female.
"The law does not allow sexual activity between a teacher and a child under the age of 18, even if the relationships are friendly."
The hearing continues.
